DelSolar和保利協(xié)鑫簽署了硅晶片供應(yīng)協(xié)議，建立長期的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟。 該協(xié)議要求保利協(xié)鑫提供晶圓去滿足吳江，中國DelSolar工廠從2010年5月至12月到2013年擴大產(chǎn)能的需要。

兩家公司表示，價格定價要根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厥袌銮闆r而定，DelSolar預(yù)計該協(xié)議將大大提高整體運轉(zhuǎn)需要和盈利能力。

該協(xié)議的具體出貨金額的晶體硅的數(shù)量訂單還沒有被披露。

DelSolar and GCL-Poly have signed a silicon wafer supply deal to establish a long-term strategic alliance. The agreement calls for GCL-Poly to provide local supplies of wafers to meet the needs of DelSolar’s Wujiang, China, plant’s expansion from May 2010 through December 2013.

The companies said that the deal includes a mechanism by which the parties may adjust prices to better reflect prevailing market conditions. DelSolar expects the agreement to greatly enhance overall operational needs and profitability.

Financial terms of the deal and specific wafer-shipment amounts were not disclosed.
