太陽能產品材料生產商公Ferro司周二表示正在擴大其在亞洲市場，包括中國蘇州增加工廠，以及在中國臺灣省臺北市新建工廠。
     Ferro稱，在蘇州加蓋廠房是為了滿足中國太陽能電池制造商日益增長的需求。臺灣的新工廠將主要生產太陽能電池印刷和發(fā)射設備。預計臺灣工廠將在今年年底前完成。
Ferro還表示，公司已經獲得了在新加坡開設太陽能電池材料研發(fā)實驗室所需土地。

     Industrial materials maker Ferro Corp. said on Tuesday that it is expanding in Asia, including adding on to a plant in Suzhou, China, and building a new one in Taipei, Taiwan.

     It said the expansion in Suzhou is to meet increasing demand from solar cell manufacturers in China.

The new facility in Taiwan will have solar cell printing and firing equipment, and is expected to be finished by the end of the year.

     Ferro also said it has gotten space in Singapore to open a research and development facility with a solar materials laboratory.
