合同的價值大約SR458million（USD122million）。該項目第一組項目將會為快速通道于2011年夏天之前投產服務。

alfanar Construction has signed a new Power Generation Reinforcement Project for Hail-2 Power Plant with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).

This new project will increase the capacity of electric power and meet the growing demand for electricity and the future needs of the consumers in the Hail region. The project will enhance the generation capacity of the existing power plant by an additional 160 MW.

The contract value of the project is SR 458 million (USD 122million). The project will be a fast track as the first unit will be in service before the summer of 2011.
